Q: I completed something from the "free BX" button, but don't have any BX yet
A: Most offers from TapJoy (our partner who handles the Free BX button for us) take some time to process. Each offer usually indicates how long it will take. For further information see the TapJoy Support Page
Q: I haven't beaten mission 30 yet and new missions won't unlock
A: You probably have an invaded mission. You must defeat invasions before new missions will unlock.
Q: I have one of the supported devices and the game still closes at the logo when I try to launch it, or closes while I'm loading into the game
A: Luckily, the solution is pretty straight forward. Close all background apps and restart your phone. This may seem silly, but nine times out of ten it works! (The game is relatively intense graphically and needs quite a bit of memory!)
